State Vs. Pv

PV was originally arrested and charged for several high-level trafficking offenses. Criminal defense attorney Charles Goodwin got on the case, and made several arguments that resulted in the charges being reduced and PV being placed on probation.

While on probation, PV once again picked up several trafficking charges. Nevada Criminal Defense attorney Charles Goodwin negotiated a reinstatement, and PV was placed back on probation.
